The "Diners' Choice Winner" electronic badge is designed to be easily added to your website and customized with your restaurant's name and reservation links. In addition to providing restaurants with free feedback from recent diners, these forms are used to generate the local "top restaurant" lists published monthly on OpenTable.com.
